Your personal data is collected and processed with the greatest care internally by RAIL +. These data are protected in accordance with French law: they are neither marketed nor distributed to third parties.

This data is used to respond to requests for contact, information about our range of products or wishes to become a reseller of our VF Systems range.

Anonymous page consultation statistics are recorded by google analytics.

Data retention

The data collected by RAIL + are hosted in France, the French legislation applies.
They are used to make simple sales reminders to follow up on your inquiry and are kept for no limit until you request their removal.

Right of access, rectification of personal data

Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Information Technology, Files and Freedoms, you have the right of opposition (Article 26 of the Act), access (Article 34 to 38 of the law) and rectification (article 36 of the law) data concerning you. Thus, you may require that information about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out of date or whose collection or use, communication or storage is prohibited, be rectified, completed, updated or deleted.
